IXON to Showcase the Future of Food Export at Food Expo PRO

IXON Founder and CEO Felix Cheung will take the stage at the HKTDC Food Expo PRO to present a bold vision for the future. Participating in the "Food Tech for Wellness" symposium on August 13, Felix will deliver a presentation titled "Hong Kong Advanced Food Processing Hub: Empowering Premium Chinese Agriculture for Global High-End Export".

The global food industry is currently bottlenecked by expensive, energy-intensive cold-chain logistics. Felix will demonstrate how IXON is breaking this reliance entirely. Leveraging our proprietary Advanced Sous-vide Aseptic Packaging (ASAP) and PhantomCure technologies, we successfully transform delicate, highly perishable ingredients into premium, room-temperature shelf-stable products.

Using real-world operational examples, Felix will highlight preservation breakthroughs with high-value crops—ranging from black truffles and Chinese orchid roots to fruit corn.
