Introducing Our Weekly Video Series: Rethinking Fresh with IXON
Following our recent win at the Startup World Cup Hong Kong/Macao Regional Final, we realized it was time to let more people in on what we’re building at IXON — and why it matters. That’s why we’re excited to launch a new weekly video series exploring the science, stories, and urgent global issues connected to our core innovation: Advanced Sous-Vide Aseptic Packaging (ASAP).
“Winning the Startup World Cup gave us a bigger platform — and a bigger responsibility,” said Felix Cheung, Founder and CEO of IXON. “As we prepare for the Grand Finale in San Francisco this October, we want to help more people understand how ASAP can change the way we produce, move, and eat fresh food.”
Each video will tackle a different theme — from climate change, food supply chains, and sustainability, to vegan trends, cold chain disruption, and pet nutrition — all through the lens of ASAP technology.
