IXON Wins Excellence Award at Tech Osaka Summit 2025
Hong Kong foodtech startup IXON has been awarded the Excellence Award in the GreenTech Area at the Tech Osaka Summit 2025, held on September 16–17. The award recognizes IXON’s innovative food preservation technology, which reduces food waste and carbon emissions while improving global food accessibility.
The Tech Osaka Summit 2025, held in collaboration with the Global Startup EXPO 2025 and the World Expo 2025 Osaka–Kansai, showcased top startups in bio and life sciences, green technology, and digital innovation. IXON’s proprietary Advanced Sous-Vide Aseptic Packaging (ASAP) technology, which enables perishable foods to be safely stored at room temperature, stood out for its potential to transform global food systems sustainably.

大阪科技峰會 2025 是與 Global Startup EXPO 2025 及 2025年大阪·關西世界博覽會(World Expo 2025 Osaka–Kansai) 合作舉辦的活動,旨在展示頂尖初創企業,並聚焦生物及生命科學、綠色科技及數碼創新三大領域。IXON 的專有技術「先進低温真空無菌包裝」(ASAP)技術,讓易腐食品能於室溫下安全保存,其可持續改造全球食品系統的潛力備受關注。
