To be honest, in this day and age, fewer and fewer people are willing to invest their youth in hardtech—especially foodtech. It is an incredibly difficult path. But food is critical to human survival, and 10 years ago, my team and I decided to pour our hearts into solving a massive global problem: breaking humanity's reliance on energy-draining refrigerators and freezers.

It has been a crazy journey. When we first invented ASAP (Advanced Sous-vide Aseptic Packaging, our proprietary technique for keeping fresh food safe at room temperature for years), it only worked on whole-muscle cut meats like steak and pork chops. But we refused to stop there. We kept pushing and pushing the technology, and today, we are successfully applying it to seafood, fresh pet food, beverages, and even delicate fresh produce like corn, apples, and mushrooms!

老實講，喺呢個年代，真係越嚟越少人肯將青春投資喺「硬科技」上面，尤其係食品科技。呢條路真係行得好艱難。但係食物對人類生存實在太重要，所以喺十年前，我同團隊決定瞓身去做，希望解決一個全球性嘅大難題：徹底打破人類對高耗能雪櫃或冰格嘅依賴。

呢十年絕對係一段瘋狂嘅旅程。當我哋最初發明 ASAP 先進低溫真空無菌包裝技術 (Advanced Sous-vide Aseptic Packaging，一項可以令新鮮食物喺室溫下保鮮幾年嘅革命性技術) 嗰陣，佢淨係可以用喺牛排、豬排呢啲原塊肉類上面。但我哋冇停低腳步，一直死磕推動呢項技術。直到今日，我哋已經成功將 ASAP 應用到海鮮、新鮮寵物鮮食、飲品，甚至係粟米、蘋果同蘑菇呢啲嬌嫩嘅新鮮蔬果上面！
