IXON featured on trade magazine Packaging Digest

We just learned that Packaging Digest — the best known and most trusted magazine in the packaging industry — did an article on IXON titled “Hybrid Packaging Technology Reinvents Sous Vide” on Tuesday 10th November. Founded in 1963, Packaging Digest has been covering news on market trends, best practices and new technologies concerning the packaging community for more than 50 years.

“Developed, tested, and proven to work over the past five years, ASAP allows food to be sterilized at a much gentler 140°F/60°C rather than the high heat traditionally used in canning that can cook out flavor,” wrote Senior Technical Editor Rick Lingle. “This novel technology promises to help the food industry reduce costs, save energy, and increase production efficiency.”
